The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gudesteo Albalate hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Iraido Bertiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Placido Gartzea in the 4th minute. Alvaro Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Schnell, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rosario Central's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iruinea Llordes was slow to take the kick. During this time Fohat Neyen's players had a chance to rest. The Fohat Neyen fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Fohat Neyen's Bengt-Rune Widberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Iruinea Llordes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iraido Bertiz made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Segundo Ucieda sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Rosario Central defense, Denis Schnell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Urre. The Rosario Central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Urre should have stopped the shot. Alvaro Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Widberg in the 23rd minute of play. Fohat Neyen's Iraido Bertiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Fohat Neyen from getting a goal against them. When Fohat Neyen's Bengt-Rune Widberg in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosario Central's goalie prevented a goal. Alvaro Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Widberg in the 42nd minute of play. If Placido Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 50th minute, Bengt-Rune Widberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Urre was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Alvaro Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Schnell in the 53rd minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Bengt-Rune Widberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Alvaro Urre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fohat Neyen's Iraido Bertiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Egoi in the 69th minute of play. When Bengt-Rune Widberg came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Fohat Neyen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Rune Widberg couldn't finish the play. Iraido Bertiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Egoi in the 74th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Fohat Neyen's Iruinea Llordes made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Urre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iraido Bertiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Gartzea in the 87th minute of the match. Alvaro Urre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iruinea Llordes went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Rosario Central's Alvaro Urre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Schnell in the 95th minute of play.
