Alvaro Urre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dian Hatala in the 15th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Gartzea came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Ucieda in the 29th minute of play forced Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Aras Sophian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prodan Milchov kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Dian Hatala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Bule Amin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Ugúrchinski came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Ucieda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aras Sophian having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodolfo Egoi to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kranji Crunchy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teodor Ugúrchinski was slow to take the kick. During this time Rosario Central's players had a chance to rest. In the 59th minute, Dian Hatala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Urre was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Bengt-Arne Bäckman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kranji Crunchy's Emmanuel Komara was substituted for Dian Hatala. After having played for 84 minutes, Emmanuel Komara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kranji Crunchy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmanuel Komara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Komara in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Komara came free, but Alvaro Urre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Battal Seyyit Torcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario Central's goalkeeper Alvaro Urre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kranji Crunchy's Emmanuel Komara got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kranji Crunchy's Edwin Sugiarto was substituted for Bule Amin.
