Kranji Crunchy's attentive Battal Seyyit Torcan managed to snatch the ball when Teodor Ugúrchinski made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. In the 44th minute Placido Gartzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Sophian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dian Hatala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Urre having to interfere.
