After 9 minutes of play, Vykans Vikingar's Bengt-Arne Haglund made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 23rd minute of play forced Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Jonathan Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Mutumba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Navarro saved Yaman Academy® from getting behind. Jonathan Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The supporters of Vykans Vikingar booed when Yaman Academy® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Haglund came free, but Jonathan Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Bengt-Arne Haglund lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Jonathan Navarro. Jonathan Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Vykans Vikingar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yaman Academy®.
