Ilie Oprea made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Cristobal Lalla sent off a good shot on target. Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Feliz in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Gelp 22 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Natalio Froylan hit a great ball. Ilie Oprea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Lalla in the 29th minute of play. LA InDuStRiA INC's Martin Iratxo was substituted for Saverio Reyes. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gelp 22's zone, Tomás Leoncio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilie Oprea came out of the goal and Tomás Leoncio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Natalio Froylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 81 minutes, Martin Iratxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA InDuStRiA INC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Iratxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gelp 22's zone, Arturo Perpinya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilie Oprea came out of the goal and Arturo Perpinya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Gelp 22's Alonzo Iago got a free kick in the 95th minute. Arturo Perpinya struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Ilie Oprea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA InDuStRiA INC. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the LA InDuStRiA INC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
