After some careless play in the Drunken Sea Monkeys defense, Jonathan Lepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joonas Järve. The Drunken Sea Monkeys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joonas Järve should have stopped the shot. In the 10th minute, Jonathan Lepe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorros del Desierto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 16 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Zenaido Oviedo. The supporters of Drunken Sea Monkeys booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Osasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drunken Sea Monkeys's Edgar Nigula quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Darío Verón, made in the 21st minute of the game. Meelis Toots hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Lepe in the 24th minute of play forced Drunken Sea Monkeys's goalkeeper Joonas Järve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Drunken Sea Monkeys's Joonas Järve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Lepe in the 26th minute of play. Joonas Järve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Lepe in the 28th minute of the match. Jonathan Lepe scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joonas Järve, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Lepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Joonas Järve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Roberto Vildosola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zorros del Desierto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Vildosola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joonas Järve came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Jonathan Lepe. But to his dismay, Jonathan Lepe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Jonathan Lepe scored 0-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joonas Järve, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

51 minutes into the match, Drunken Sea Monkeys's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Lepe came free, but Joonas Järve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zorros del Desierto's Jonathan Lepe in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Concetto Mare sped through Drunken Sea Monkeys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joonas Järve. Joonas Järve made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Concetto Mare sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Drunken Sea Monkeys's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Mare came free, but Joonas Järve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmo Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joonas Järve having to interfere. Edward Okopny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joonas Järve read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Concetto Mare fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Concetto Mare took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Joonas Järve to make any attempt to save it. 75 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Naer came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concetto Mare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Concetto Mare dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joonas Järve, 0-9. Concetto Mare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Drunken Sea Monkeys's Joonas Järve got control of the ball when Cai Jian Chang tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes in the game, Concetto Mare fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joonas Järve having to interfere. Zorros del Desierto's Concetto Mare got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joonas Järve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Concetto Mare in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Edward Okopny managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zorros del Desierto's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Okopny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joonas Järve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zorros del Desierto's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
