After 2 minutes of play, Carpathian Wolves's Mihnea Ionițoiu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Samuel Souza could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Olimpiu Hârlău however easily saved by the left post. After 9th play minutes Avram Panaiteanu shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Angelo Velasco and just under the crossbar into goal. Angelo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Panaiteanu in the 12th minute of play. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Panaiteanu in the 13th minute of play. Olimpiu Hârlău made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 27th minute. Angelo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avram Panaiteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Vimaro got free with Olimpiu Hârlău in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 minutes of play, Futbol Club RRFV's Hustaz Gorostarzu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olimpiu Hârlău was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Carpathian Wolves's zone, Hustaz Gorostarzu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olimpiu Hârlău came out of the goal and Hustaz Gorostarzu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olimpiu Hârlău made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Souza in the 38th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 洪延广 to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, Timo Thorstein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpathian Wolves's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timo Thorstein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Oloieru came free, but Angelo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Avram Panaiteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, 洪延广 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihnea Ionițoiu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angelo Velasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Mihnea Ionițoiu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 55th minute. Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 洪延广 in the 58th minute of play. Angelo Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timo Thorstein's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Olimpiu Hârlău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hustaz Gorostarzu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Timo Thorstein notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco. Angelo Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carpathian Wolves's Moise Pandele was substituted for Henry Eklund. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moise Pandele didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes Carpathian Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Moise Pandele. Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Lara in the 88th minute of play. Carpathian Wolves played a much better game than Futbol Club RRFV and deserved their victory. The Futbol Club RRFV players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
