The supporters of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Mascitti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Alacuart didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 10th minute. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Julio Alacuart looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 17th minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jakes Vila ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Comunardo Amatori during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The goalkeeper, Aurelio Di Lullo, was totally fooled by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jakes Vila, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Julio Alacuart might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Di Lullo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Alacuart ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Julio Alacuart ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Aurelio Di Lullo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Castelao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Castelao in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulvio Bozzelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Silban Mušica left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julio Alacuart was the one to do the kick off. Julio Alacuart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Di Lullo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Alacuart in the 52nd minute of play forced Valdieri's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Lullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Alacuart struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Aurelio Di Lullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO. In the 60th minute, Jakes Vila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Di Lullo was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Comunardo Amatori kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Julio Alacuart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Lullo having to interfere. Laerte Favoretto hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Mascitti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Guido Escobar notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 83 played minutes Valdieri got a freekick which was hit by Franco Sarnelli. Alessandro Mascitti charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alessandro Mascitti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alessandro Mascitti hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Escobar in the 87th minute of play forced Valdieri's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Lullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes Valdieri's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laerte Favoretto who took care of the corner kick. Alessandro Mascitti thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Aurelio Di Lullo, a very annoying self made goal in the 88th minute which led to 12-0. If Guido Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Favoretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Di Lullo having to make a save. 95 minutes into the match, Guido Escobar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Valdieri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Escobar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. When the referee ended the match the ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
