The referee ignored Cóndor Football Club's protests and gave Placido Vermudo a yellow card for diving instead. LA VIOLA's Felix Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, LA VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, LA VIOLA's Felix Martinsson got control of the ball when Gaspar Mannuel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cóndor Football Club's Guido Silvino got a free kick in the 24th minute. Evaristo Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvald Uter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cóndor Football Club defense, Svante Bäckman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Sabino. The Cóndor Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Sabino should have stopped the shot. Amanda Bennison hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Osvald Uter made the kick off in the second half. Jens-Ove Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Evaristo Sabino made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as LA VIOLA's Jens-Ove Abrahamsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evaristo Sabino. That made the score 1-2 after 54 minutes of play. If Osvald Uter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fermin Gelmiro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Martinsson saved LA VIOLA from getting behind. In the 61st minute Cóndor Football Club were awarded a corner. Guido Silvino went to the cornerflag to take it.
