When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Kalidou Koulibaly took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ronaldo de Moraes to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kalidou Koulibaly came free, but Ronaldo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vista Alegre FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after FC juveMET's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Souza took the corner. The corner ended in Igor Souza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC juveMET's Beniamin Bendyk did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şinasi Derem in the 33rd minute of play forced Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Ronaldo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The FC juveMET fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when FC juveMET's Şinasi Derem looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vista Alegre FC made a substitution. Ronaldo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gökalp Armağan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto de Azevedo in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beniamin Bendyk saved FC juveMET from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, FC juveMET's Atahan Yesari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldo de Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Şinasi Derem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beniamin Bendyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Magalhães in the 84th minute of play.
