The Handsome Wizards UTD's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a defensive mix-up in Locura Académica's zone, Claudio Antonangeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davide Franco came out of the goal and Claudio Antonangeli tried to chip the ball over his head. The supporters of The Handsome Wizards UTD booed when Locura Académica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. The throw-in from Guillermo Joey in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Handsome Wizards UTD's Grant Groves. Grant Groves kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Antonangeli was the one to do the kick off. Marcial Cisquella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Ortega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Claudio Antonangeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Locura Académica's Guillermo Joey got a free kick in the 85th minute. Claudio Antonangeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Urbano Ortega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locura Académica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urbano Ortega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, The Handsome Wizards UTD's Claudio Antonangeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Franco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Locura Académica's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
