MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Pelin in the 6th minute of play. Ramón Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Ioneasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Valeriu Zoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Simion took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramón Toscano. Ramón Toscano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Pelin came free, but Ramón Toscano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Dinu Pelin sped through MelissaMel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramón Toscano. MelissaMel's Fabinho Arruda got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramón Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Pelin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Ioneasa in the 23rd minute of play. In the 40th match minute, MelissaMel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagoberto Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Ramón Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Simion, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Pelin in the 46th minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Ramón Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dinu Pelin made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Iordache Ioneasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Toscano. MelissaMel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iordache Ioneasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Ramón Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Ares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willian Meireles hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save MelissaMel from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the MelissaMel defense, Iordache Ioneasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Toscano. The MelissaMel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Toscano should have stopped the shot. Dinu Pelin scored 1-9 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramón Toscano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute, Dinu Pelin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramón Toscano. The goal made the score 1-10. Ahmet Arif Polatalp kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Frank Velasco was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MelissaMel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! Ramón Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ares, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The Granicerul fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Granicerul's Jack Ares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-12 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With an all-out effort, Granicerul's Ramón Toscano threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jack Ares, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano got control of the ball when Valeriu Zoreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute, Granicerul's Eric Simion dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-13. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iordache Ioneasa got free with Ramón Toscano in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Valeriu Zoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramón Toscano made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Dinu Pelin sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute, Jack Ares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramón Toscano. The goal made the score 1-14. When the match had gone on for 100 minutes, Dinu Pelin took a quick shot and it went in 1-15 without a chance for Ramón Toscano to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Granicerul left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MelissaMel.
