Dé Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Honrio Carretero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honrio Carretero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Edgar Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aloísio da Costa in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Trigo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aloísio da Costa kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Barrenta SC's keeper Edgar Trigo was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 20th minute, Genílson Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dé Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 24 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aloísio da Costa. In the 24th minute, Aloísio da Costa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edgar Trigo. The goal made the score 2-2. Edgar Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo José in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Nariman Mansourian. 31 minutes into the match, Ique Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nariman Mansourian came free, but Dé Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Tastzian scored 2-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dé Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dé Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 37th minute of the match. Dé Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Tastzian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aloísio da Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Edgar Trigo made a huge save. Edgar Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloísio da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Ique Football Club were furious when Osvaldinho Valle was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 43rd minute, one of Ique Football Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ique Football Club. Ique Football Club:s Dé Andrade showed great skill when he stopped Yuan Lin Shi:s penalty. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Ique Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Ique Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrenta SC were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustín Tastzian was the one to do the kick off. Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honrio Carretero in the 52nd minute of play. Ique Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Conrado de Salles in the 53rd minute. Edgar Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honrio Carretero in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ique Football Club's zone, Wellington de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dé Andrade came out of the goal and Wellington de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ique Football Club's Denílson Paulista was substituted for Paulo José. In the 69th minute, Barrenta SC's Nariman Mansourian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Dé Andrade made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Agustín Tastzian sent off a good shot on target. Ique Football Club's Dé Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Ique Football Club from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 80th minute of play forced Ique Football Club's goalkeeper Dé Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nariman Mansourian in the 83rd minute of play forced Ique Football Club's goalkeeper Dé Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ique Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dé Andrade should have stopped the shot. Edgar Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Paulista in the 92nd minute of play. Honrio Carretero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Honrio Carretero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ique Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barrenta SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Barrenta SC.
