After having played for 7 minutes, Juan Ayuso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Decathlon Dudes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Ayuso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilco Keldermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Hellqvist having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Björnlunda IF got a freekick which was hit by Klas Lundgren. Björnlunda IF's Edvard Hellqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Ayuso in the 14th minute of play. A hard shot 15 in the game by Juan Ayuso from a close distance when the talented Edvard Hellqvist managed to make a qualified save. Björnlunda IF's players were relieved. Juan Ayuso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Edvard Hellqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edvard Hellqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 38 minutes, Juan Ayuso made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Björnlunda IF's Edvard Hellqvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Juan Ayuso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Decathlon Dudes's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Ayuso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvard Hellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Nordgren in the 44th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilco Keldermans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Frank Håning made the kick off in the second half. Wilco Keldermans kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Ryan Bergmeester made a precise shot to the right of Edvard Hellqvist. Björnlunda IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Juan Ayuso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Ayuso in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvard Hellqvist saved Björnlunda IF from getting behind. The Decathlon Dudes fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Decathlon Dudes's Juan Ayuso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edvard Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilco Keldermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Juan Ayuso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvard Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Simon Hilhorst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Hellqvist having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Nordgren got free with César Sousa in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute Juan Ayuso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Hellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luuk Theunissen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Decathlon Dudes's Luuk Theunissen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvard Hellqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Juan Ayuso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvard Hellqvist was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Decathlon Dudes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
