In the 4th minute Simon Hilhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Luncaniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Simon Hilhorst in the 6th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Ayuso in the 10th minute of play forced Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornel Luncaniță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Hilhorst in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Decathlon Dudes's zone, Domenico Proia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Sousa came out of the goal and Domenico Proia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 22 played minutes, Camporioccio VS's Domenico Proia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper César Sousa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Camporioccio VS reached it. César Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Hell, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Göran Ekelund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's Mathieu Van de Poel got a free kick in the 36th minute. Amedeo Hell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Sousa having to interfere. When Camporioccio VS's Amedeo Hell in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Decathlon Dudes's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 played minutes Camporioccio VS got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Hell. The supporters of Camporioccio VS booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilco Keldermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Daan Wegman. In the 45th minute Amedeo Hell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Ayuso made a kick off. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Camporioccio VS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Blomqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the game, Juan Ayuso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cornel Luncaniță. Juan Ayuso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. 58 minutes into the match, Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilco Keldermans. 60 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Padula came free, but César Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Ayuso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Cornel Luncaniță made a huge save. If Simon Hilhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Proia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's Luuk Theunissen got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute Wilco Keldermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Luncaniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85thth minute of the game Wilco Keldermans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Camporioccio VS's Cornel Luncaniță was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Rywin in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Fulvio Padula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucian Florei might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over César Sousa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucian Florei ran back to his position shaking his head. Decathlon Dudes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
