The Björnlunda IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvard Hellqvist should have stopped the shot. If Frank Håning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klas Lundgren got free with Sancar Aktemur in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Björnlunda IF's zone, Tacettin Revha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Hellqvist came out of the goal and Tacettin Revha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Björnlunda IF's Frank Håning got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Håning made a kick off. Klas Lundgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvard Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibrahim Kutluay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Kandemir Özdilek made a precise shot to the right of Edvard Hellqvist. Björnlunda IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sancar Aktemur should have stopped the shot. Selmi Maksum scored 2-8 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvard Hellqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edvard Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tacettin Revha in the 92nd minute of the match. Edvard Hellqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Selmi Maksum showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-9 in the 93 minute of play. Ibrahim Kutluay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
