If Hamdullah Özerdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Hjortsberg made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FORTALEZA's Egor Zabarenko. Xorxe Viguera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Håning in the 17th minute of play. Edvard Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 麦沙誉 in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Adrian Salvidor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvard Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Edvard Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 麦沙誉, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genady Lagutov's late challenge caught a Björnlunda IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genady Lagutov helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Klas Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björnlunda IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Lundgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xorxe Viguera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamdullah Özerdal in the 44th minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Edvard Hellqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamdullah Özerdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Hellqvist having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamdullah Özerdal to strike the kick off in the second half. If Hamdullah Özerdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hamdullah Özerdal came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FORTALEZA fans jumped to their feet.
