Gustaw Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Kiszkiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Radomil Kiszkiel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaw Fafinski. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radomil Kiszkiel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josué Negri during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Josué Negri. If Radomil Kiszkiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hieronim Filanowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Gustaw Fafinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Filanowski in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Husaria F.C's goalkeeper Benedykt Pincoski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gianluca Scamacca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Kiszkiel in the 25th minute of play forced KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goalkeeper Gustaw Fafinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedykt Pincoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Scamacca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Gustaw Fafinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Rode in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Husaria F.C's Benedykt Pincoski got control of the ball when Gianluca Scamacca tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Husaria F.C's zone, Gianluca Scamacca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedykt Pincoski came out of the goal and Gianluca Scamacca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radomil Kiszkiel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Husaria F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Rødal came free, but Benedykt Pincoski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Birrell Watman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Pincoski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryszard Bielenda kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gianluca Scamacca in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedykt Pincoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute Erkin Okbaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Fafinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match, Erkin Okbaş tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gustaw Fafinski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 0-2 became the score in the 96th minute when Erkin Okbaş elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Conrado Holz was substituted for Gianluca Scamacca. The Husaria F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Husaria F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
