Gotham Saray FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richie Ason was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Niko Kalweit's late challenge caught a ALIANZA 1901's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niko Kalweit helped the player get up and apologised. ALIANZA 1901's Pancho Tabernilla shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iljaz Çela but with some difficulty. If Richie Ason had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Iljaz Çela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Cremer-Ricken in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Luis Escobar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iljaz Çela, 2-0. Iljaz Çela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Escobar in the 27th minute of play. Iljaz Çela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Tomasini in the 33rd minute of play. The Gotham Saray FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iljaz Çela should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute Luis Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iljaz Çela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iljaz Çela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Escobar went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Halil Ratkowski's late challenge caught a ALIANZA 1901's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Halil Ratkowski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gotham Saray FC's Halil Ratkowski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the game, ALIANZA 1901's Richie Ason nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iljaz Çela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. In the 81st minute Richie Ason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iljaz Çela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes, Luis Escobar made it 7-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gotham Saray FC's Iljaz Çela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, Luis Escobar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALIANZA 1901 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1.
