An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Cristos in the 5th minute of play forced Bajbusy Fabian-a's goalkeeper Lucjan Walentowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Walentowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chaouki Ben Rau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucjan Walentowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto De Nardis in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chaouki Ben Rau in the 11th minute of play forced Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Alvaro Sanna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Club Sicilia's zone, Chaouki Ben Rau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Sanna came out of the goal and Chaouki Ben Rau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Chaouki Ben Rau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wit Lampa in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucjan Walentowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Sanna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chaouki Ben Rau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Concetto De Nardis came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Sporting Club Sicilia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Concetto De Nardis couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Wit Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Walentowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna got control of the ball when Chaouki Ben Rau tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sporting Club Sicilia booed when Bajbusy Fabian-a was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Opat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 minutes, Concetto De Nardis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Club Sicilia and the Bajbusy Fabian-a players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yu Yi Fei hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the game, Chaouki Ben Rau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alvaro Sanna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucjan Walentowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Figueiredo in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Izydor Opat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Sanna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chaouki Ben Rau, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Bajbusy Fabian-a's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Lampa came free, but Lucjan Walentowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bajbusy Fabian-a's goalie and right to Adalberto Figueiredo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bajbusy Fabian-a's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 67 minutes into the game, Concetto De Nardis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucjan Walentowicz. Concetto De Nardis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The Sporting Club Sicilia fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Sporting Club Sicilia's Adalberto Figueiredo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bajbusy Fabian-a's attentive Fahmi Danurwindo managed to snatch the ball when Yu Yi Fei made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto De Nardis in the 78th minute of play forced Bajbusy Fabian-a's goalkeeper Lucjan Walentowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Walentowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Concetto Rucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Concetto Rucci came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lucjan Walentowicz could save by the left post. In the 85th minute, Chaouki Ben Rau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sporting Club Sicilia's Damiano Cino was substituted for Alberto Nazzaro. Lucjan Walentowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Figueiredo in the 91st minute of the match. In the 91st minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Walentowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tolek Walentowicz fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bajbusy Fabian-a's protests and gave Tolek Walentowicz a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Bajbusy Fabian-a got a freekick which was hit by Tolek Walentowicz. When the match was over Sporting Club Sicilia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bajbusy Fabian-a throughout the match.
