The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Alvaro Sanna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denis Cloyo struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Alvaro Sanna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC. Pavel Cosoroabă made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Wit Lampa sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, Denis Cloyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Sanna. Sporting Club Sicilia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Cloyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pavel Cosoroabă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Lampa in the 21st minute of play. Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Cloyo in the 22nd minute of play. Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Sporting Club Sicilia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Denis Cloyo took the corner. Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's Denis Cloyo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvaro Sanna in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Cloyo in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Cosoroabă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Figueiredo in the 37th minute of play forced Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's goalkeeper Pavel Cosoroabă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Figueiredo came free, but Pavel Cosoroabă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Wit Lampa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pavel Cosoroabă was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Denis Cloyo in the 47th minute. A nice corner shot did that Denis Cloyo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alvaro Sanna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute of the match Alberto Nazzaro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavel Cosoroabă showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pavel Cosoroabă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Figueiredo in the 55th minute of the match. Denis Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Sanna having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's Eugenio Bernat got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Eugenio Bernat hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Cosoroabă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Concetto De Nardis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Club Sicilia's supporters rose to their feet, but Concetto De Nardis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavel Cosoroabă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Concetto Rucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Cosoroabă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Amadeu Zonta might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Sanna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeu Zonta ran back to his position shaking his head. Amadeu Zonta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Alvaro Sanna made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Rucci came free, but Pavel Cosoroabă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Zonta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Alvaro Sanna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alvaro Sanna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Canon in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Guaberto Cristos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sporting Club Sicilia's Damiano Cino was substituted for Alberto Nazzaro. Pavel Cosoroabă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Figueiredo in the 95th minute of the match.
