After 7 minutes Sporting Club Sicilia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leik Blumenthal who took care of the corner kick. Gotham Saray FC's Halil Ratkowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvaro Sanna in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 10th minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iljaz Çela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iljaz Çela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes of play, Sporting Club Sicilia's Concetto De Nardis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iljaz Çela was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Figueiredo in the 17th minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Iljaz Çela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Sporting Club Sicilia's Iljaz Çela threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adalberto Figueiredo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Iljaz Çela came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Club Sicilia's Concetto De Nardis. But to his dismay, Concetto De Nardis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Lampa in the 32nd minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Iljaz Çela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes of play, Sporting Club Sicilia's Guaberto Cristos made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iljaz Çela was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gotham Saray FC's Iljaz Çela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Gotham Saray FC from getting a goal against them. Niko Kalweit charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niko Kalweit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes Gotham Saray FC got a freekick which was hit by Niko Kalweit. Concetto De Nardis took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iljaz Çela. Iljaz Çela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Lampa in the 40th minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Iljaz Çela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Iljaz Çela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto De Nardis. Iljaz Çela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Cristos in the 44th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Adalberto Figueiredo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iljaz Çela. That made the score 7-0 in the 45 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serkan Gaar to strike the kick off in the second half. Iljaz Çela came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Club Sicilia's Adalberto Figueiredo. Maxim Biller hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Gotham Saray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Cristos came free, but Iljaz Çela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iljaz Çela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Concetto De Nardis, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Gotham Saray FC's Iljaz Çela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Figueiredo in the 70th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Club Sicilia had played much better football throughout.
