Eugeniusz Charlos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Piast Choszczno's goal looked a bit too open when Ramzi Drouart came free, but Eugeniusz Charlos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marek Tyskie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugeniusz Charlos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramzi Drouart in the 35th minute of the match. If Ramzi Drouart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Ramzi Drouart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piast Choszczno's Eugeniusz Charlos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramzi Drouart in the 48th minute of play forced Piast Choszczno's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Charlos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliusz Ikalewicz was the one to do the kick off. Dawid Parzysz made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nathan Carrier however managed to control. Fabian Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Tyskie in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Ramzi Drouart ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugeniusz Charlos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Marek Tyskie fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piast Choszczno's protests and gave Marek Tyskie a yellow card for diving instead. Haithabu FC's Adrian Astigar was substituted for Harold Van Cruchten. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramzi Drouart in the 76th minute of play forced Piast Choszczno's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Charlos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugeniusz Charlos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Torres in the 91st minute of play. Sebastian Ledochowski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Haithabu FC's Jacinto Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugeniusz Charlos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The Haithabu FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Haithabu FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
