Tomás Haritz had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Leroy Antunez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Belo Alvarez took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Haritz. Tomás Haritz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Utracán defense, Manolo Bacete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Haritz. The Utracán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Haritz should have stopped the shot. Tomás Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Vadillos in the 31st minute of the match. Tomás Haritz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esteban Vadillos went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Belo Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Tomás Haritz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D. Alcorcón. Tomás Haritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belo Alvarez in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Angel Baraquiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. Ovidio Marques hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tomás Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 46th minute of the match. Belo Alvarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Haritz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Belo Alvarez ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Belo Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Haritz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. A sloppy throw-in by Bingen Campos in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Utracán's Angel Baraquiel. Tomás Haritz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manolo Bacete's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. A hard shot by Leroy Antunez from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Tomás Haritz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Tomás Haritz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belo Alvarez in the 74th minute. If Manolo Bacete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Utracán's Tomás Haritz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Utracán from getting a goal against them. Tomás Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 85th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Manolo Bacete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Haritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
