Constantine Hell charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantine Hell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Constantine Hell hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Serginho Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Peter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute Javier Innocenzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Naldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Serginho Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Peter was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Jeronimo Birila made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 18thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Jacobo Peter would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Epifanio Koldobikas short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Jacobo Peter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Bonifacio Naldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Rozarius in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, CLATHU's goalkeeper Jacobo Peter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Epifanio Koldobika. Jacobo Peter came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Ruperto Txomin. But to his dismay, Ruperto Txomin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 35th minute, Jeronimo Birila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Peter was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 38thth minute of the game Serginho Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLATHU's Jacobo Peter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Quaresma in the 39th minute of play forced Atletico Calamar Saavedra's goalkeeper Bonifacio Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Andrés Calamaro hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Serginho Silva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacobo Peter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
