When Jeremy Mercieca fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meerkats FC's protests and gave Jeremy Mercieca a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Meerkats FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jeremy Mercieca hit a great ball. Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertin Gandia in the 11th minute of play. Bertin Gandia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Zawacki having to interfere. Bertin Gandia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pankracy Zawacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Zawacki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertin Gandia in the 22nd minute. Alfred Coleiro struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Donato Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meerkats FC. Donato Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Fliz in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Shaun De Battista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertin Gandia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FORZA BRESCIA's Donato Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Fliz in the 30th minute of play. Donato Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Coleiro in the 34th minute of play. Bertin Gandia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jeremy Mercieca was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Meerkats FC's Jeremy Mercieca got a free kick in the 47th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertin Gandia got free with Pankracy Zawacki in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertin Gandia to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Ildefonso Fliz in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FORZA BRESCIA's Cordera Palomar. Bertin Gandia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FORZA BRESCIA's Donato Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save FORZA BRESCIA from getting a goal against them. Meerkats FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shaun De Battista in the 64th minute. Pankracy Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertin Gandia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FORZA BRESCIA's Geremia Garate was substituted for Xorxe Perpiñán. Ildefonso Fliz made in the 68th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Shaun De Battista immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, FORZA BRESCIA's Necaettin İçten got a free kick in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertin Gandia in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Zawacki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72ndth minute of the game Bertin Gandia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Bertin Gandia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Zawacki was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. FORZA BRESCIA were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Meerkats FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Caetano Mudarra took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertin Gandia in the 82nd minute of play forced Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertin Gandia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Zawacki having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Meerkats FC's zone, Caetano Mudarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Zawacki came out of the goal and Caetano Mudarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FORZA BRESCIA's attentive Caetano Mudarra managed to snatch the ball when Ildefonso Fliz made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. A collision led to FORZA BRESCIA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Geremia Garate hit a great ball. Shaun De Battista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Meerkats FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FORZA BRESCIA from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
