Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Domingos Aires started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Sven de Zwaan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ove Hake. The goal made the score 1-0. Ove Hake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Aires in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Hake saved Nils Liedholm IF from getting behind. 17 minutes into the game, Domingos Aires cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ove Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Argentinos Juniors's Sven de Zwaan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ove Hake stood somewhat misplaced when Domingos Aires came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 25 minute. Ove Hake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven de Zwaan in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Ove Hake had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven de Zwaan. Edvin Bergkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Leon Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ove Hake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Sven de Zwaan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Hake was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Ove Hake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Aires in the 45th minute of play. With his leg Ove Hake managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Argentinos Juniors's Denis Mero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ove Hake made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Sven de Zwaan sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 minutes, Sven de Zwaan made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 54th minute, Sven de Zwaan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Hake was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Ove Hake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Aires in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Östen Olsson hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Petruț Fințescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentinos Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Wilson in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sven de Zwaan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ove Hake was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The supporters of Argentinos Juniors booed when Nils Liedholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Norström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven de Zwaan took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Hake. Ove Hake dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Denis Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ove Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Argentinos Juniors's Domingos Aires nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Hake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Ove Hake came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Argentinos Juniors's Domingos Aires. But to his dismay, Domingos Aires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. After some careless play in the Nils Liedholm IF defense, Petruț Fințescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ove Hake. The Nils Liedholm IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ove Hake should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 15-0 when Domingos Aires sped through Nils Liedholm IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ove Hake. After 89th play minutes Sven de Zwaan shot 16-0, a short shot which went by Ove Hake and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvin Bergkvist during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Bergkvist. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Aires in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ove Hake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Argentinos Juniors were the better team. Argentinos Juniors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
