Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sven de Zwaan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Domingos Aires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Bebeto Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. If Ulisses Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 10 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Sabóia came free, but Rigoberto Nazario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Ulisses Sabóia put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rigoberto Nazario. Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Domingos Aires fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentinos Juniors's protests and gave Domingos Aires a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Argentinos Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Aires. 20 minutes into the match, Ulisses Sabóia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Argentinos Juniors's Rigoberto Nazario. Rigoberto Nazario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rigoberto Nazario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Pimenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Faustino Gerazan hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Rigoberto Nazario came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by SALIMEN's Ulisses Sabóia. But to his dismay, Ulisses Sabóia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 34 minutes into the game, João Vítor Aparecido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SALIMEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Argentinos Juniors the free kick. SALIMEN were furious when João Vítor Aparecido was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 35 minutes into the game, one of SALIMEN:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Denis Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petruț Fințescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Bebeto Trigo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Enéas Pereira charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enéas Pereira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Enéas Pereira hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Denis Mero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Argentinos Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SALIMEN the free kick. After 47 played minutes Argentinos Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Denis Mero.

Rigoberto Nazario made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Faustino Gerazan sent off a good shot on target. Justo Elequemedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Bebeto Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Enéas Pereira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rigoberto Nazario. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ulisses Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven de Zwaan in the 76th minute of play forced SALIMEN's goalkeeper Bebeto Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven de Zwaan in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bebeto Trigo saved SALIMEN from getting behind. Bebeto Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petruț Fințescu in the 77th minute of the match. Enéas Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. SALIMEN made a substitution. İldeniz Davutoğlu replaced Ulisses Sabóia. After 81 played minutes SALIMEN got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Pereira. After a rather tough play, SALIMEN's İldeniz Davutoğlu got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When Mats Falch came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Argentinos Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Falch couldn't finish the play. Bebeto Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Aires in the 95th minute of the match. The Argentinos Juniors supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SALIMEN's performance. The match ended with a win for SALIMEN.
