The SALIMEN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd minute of the match SALIMEN got a corner. ABK Black Warriors73's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saturnino Gartzea ran over to the corner to take the kick. ABK Black Warriors73's Waldir Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Sabóia in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Gerazan in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Gaúcho saved ABK Black Warriors73 from getting behind. Ulisses Sabóia took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldir Gaúcho. Waldir Gaúcho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to ABK Black Warriors73 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dan Găină hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ABK Black Warriors73's zone, Saturnino Gartzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Gaúcho came out of the goal and Saturnino Gartzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elói Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaplan Damjanović in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Pimenta in the 48th minute of play forced ABK Black Warriors73's goalkeeper Waldir Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half SALIMEN were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaplan Damjanović to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Kaplan Damjanović was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ABK Black Warriors73's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SALIMEN the free kick. Kaplan Damjanović hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, ABK Black Warriors73's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Pimenta came free, but Waldir Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgil Gane kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Ulisses Sabóia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Waldir Gaúcho made a huge save. Faustino Gerazan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Waldir Gaúcho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, Cláudio Pimenta made a precise shot to the right of Waldir Gaúcho. ABK Black Warriors73's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Waldir Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Gerazan in the 64th minute of the match. SALIMEN's Ronaldão Novaes was substituted for Enéas Pereira. ABK Black Warriors73:s Waldir Gaúcho showed great skill when he stopped Saturnino Gartzea:s penalty. 94 minutes into the match, ABK Black Warriors73's goalkeeper Waldir Gaúcho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldão Novaes. Waldir Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Pimenta in the 96th minute of the match. After 96 minutes of play, SALIMEN's Cláudio Pimenta made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldir Gaúcho was left in no man's land by his defense there!
