After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Alejo Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Millo de Haedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Urtun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristián Pražan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Govert Beuneker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Govert Beuneker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Fernando Ruisko made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivian AI 1.0's zone, Adrián González stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristián Pražan came out of the goal and Adrián González tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Pedro Gonzalez made a precise shot to the right of Kristián Pražan. Bolivian AI 1.0's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fernando Ruisko made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Govert Beuneker sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Govert Beuneker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Aurelio Aureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristián Pražan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernán Crespo was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Bolivian AI 1.0 got a freekick which was hit by Govert Beuneker. In the 51st minute of the match, Alejo Urtun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kristián Pražan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hernán Crespos short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Kristián Pražan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Govert Beuneker in the 55th minute of play forced El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Fernando Ruisko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th match minute, Bolivian AI 1.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesareo Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Kristián Pražan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernán Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute Govert Beuneker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Ruisko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob Armitage in the 69th minute of play. Govert Beuneker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristián Pražan made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Hernán Crespo sent off a good shot on target. Bayezit Akçabay made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Adrián González immediately put the ball in play. Govert Beuneker might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Ruisko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Govert Beuneker ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's goal looked a bit too open when Govert Beuneker came free, but Fernando Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Ruisko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Govert Beuneker's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 92 played minutes Bolivian AI 1.0 got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Sanna. El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kristián Pražan but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Bolivian AI 1.0 defense, Pedro Gonzalez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristián Pražan. The Bolivian AI 1.0 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristián Pražan should have stopped the shot.
