Elia Strano was slow to take the kick. During this time Santoryu FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Elia Strano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juan Benavides quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Martín Ulloa put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ercole Carnevale. In the 85th minute, Tomas Gustafson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zheko Kraychev hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When Elia Strano came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Santoryu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elia Strano couldn't finish the play. Ercole Carnevale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
