A collision led to Dune getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Egert Oks hit a great ball. Gaudencio Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helger Jaas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Marcus Skytt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Helger Jaas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LavAzzA's attentive Xavier von Felten managed to snatch the ball when Aimar Toompere made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. Helger Jaas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aimar Toompere's late challenge caught a LavAzzA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aimar Toompere helped the player get up and apologised. Aimar Toompere kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. LavAzzA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amerigo Labarra in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Gaudencio Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helger Jaas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Feuerstein kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

Dune made a substitution. Bogdan Mailat replaced Marti Hull. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolland Sallai made a kick off.
