When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Atilano Silbestre put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Diego von Moos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keramettin Kantara in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Conrao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keramettin Kantara in the 30th minute of play forced Domínguez AFC's goalkeeper Omar Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, Domínguez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Gaitano to maneuver through the defense. If Gaston Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Ofensywni Massen booed when Domínguez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Weterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes Philipp Junitz scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Omar Conrao who was too lazy, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Tino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Humberto Hermon came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Domínguez AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Hermon couldn't finish the play. Jairo Tino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Diego von Moos made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Martin Wal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Bartolo Karlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Ixona's late challenge caught a Domínguez AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
