Valencia C.F.'s Yuan Wei Han quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luciano Motta, made in the 10th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Radowit Prusinowski made a precise shot to the right of Jerry Lodge. Valencia C.F.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Batıkan Tosun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joe Herring went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Prusinowski came free, but Jerry Lodge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joe Herring in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Batıkan Tosun saved єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм from getting behind. Batıkan Tosun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joe Herring's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Mustafa Ekrem Avşar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Lodge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batıkan Tosun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yuan Wei Han in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guillermo Farré who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's goalie and right to Ryan Plumber. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 31 played minutes єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм got a freekick which was hit by Adnan Kumukbay. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joe Herring got free with Batıkan Tosun in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yuan Wei Han received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Batıkan Tosun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Herring came free, but Batıkan Tosun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Joe Herring sped through єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Batıkan Tosun. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Adam Harding was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valencia C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм the free kick. The supporters of єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм booed when Valencia C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Harding didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Joe Herring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batıkan Tosun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Joe Herring ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Batıkan Tosun was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 71st match minute, єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ekrem Avşar to maneuver through the defense. Joe Herring might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Batıkan Tosun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joe Herring ran back to his position shaking his head. Batıkan Tosun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Herring in the 73rd minute of the match. Guillermo Farré scored 5-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Batıkan Tosun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Batıkan Tosun came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia C.F.'s Joe Herring. But to his dismay, Joe Herring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Joe Herring managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valencia C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Joe Herring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Batıkan Tosun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Ekrem Avşar came free, but Jerry Lodge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valencia C.F.'s Joe Herring got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valencia C.F. made a substitution. Florentin Gougeon replaced Joe Herring.
