Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcel Eichelberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Alex Team getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Afriz Cheng hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serge Jeanneret in the 35th minute of play forced Alex Team's goalkeeper Ion Chificeac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Cornel Bodiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Henrick Zeier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrick Zeier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 김 즙, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ion Chificeac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Wielowiejski in the 46th minute of play. Balamir Kotuzhan lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Alex Team:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tarada:s goal. Tarada made a substitution. Massimo Wechsler replaced Leif Kohler. Tarada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Wielowiejski in the 50th minute. The corner led to Tarada's Marcel Eichelberger getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adam Wielowiejski to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Wielowiejski got free with Ion Chificeac in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Tarada's Adam Wielowiejski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ion Chificeac. Ion Chificeac yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 71 minutes into the match, Alex Team's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Wielowiejski came free, but Ion Chificeac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adam Abrudan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
