In the 6th minute, Teodor Huștiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Traian Traian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudio Aznar. Joxa mé trasan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Traian Traian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Teodor Huștiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Aznar having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Traian came free, but Claudio Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Fotbal Club Vaslui fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 22nd minute Teodor Huștiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Aznar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Joxa mé trasan's Gabriel Lange managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Radu Ispas in the 35 minute of the game. If Teodor Huștiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Visti Hjelmstoft was substituted for Gică Hăulică.

Fotbal Club Vaslui's attentive Visti Hjelmstoft managed to snatch the ball when Stasio Merski made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Traian Traian got free with Claudio Aznar in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudio Aznar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodor Huștiu went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Fotbal Club Vaslui made a substitution. Matías Azevedo replaced Traian Traian. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matías Azevedo in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Aznar saved Joxa mé trasan from getting behind. Claudio Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Fotbal Club Vaslui were awarded a corner. Wellington Neves went to the cornerflag to take it. Matías Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Aznar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goal looked a bit too open when Toader Muncelean came free, but Claudio Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match, Teodor Huștiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Claudio Aznar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Claudio Aznar was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Matías Azevedo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matías Azevedo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6.
