Panait Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Pereira in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mutu in the 9th minute of play forced Squadra Demarchi's goalkeeper Oscar Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Mădălin Cangeopol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Saldanha. Squadra Demarchi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mădălin Cangeopol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, one of Squadra Demarchi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 18 minutes, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Marlon Brando got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Oscar Saldanha. Mădălin Cangeopol let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 24th minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. Oscar Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Mutu in the 29th minute of the match. Adrian Mutu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Saldanha having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Mădălin Cangeopol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Mutu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexsandro Britto to strike the kick off in the second half. Oscar Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mădălin Cangeopol, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Panait Hațegan made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Kléber Queirós sent off a good shot on target. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Squadra Demarchi's Ciro Castro got a free kick in the 71st minute. Oscar Saldanha didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Wesley Sneijder took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saldanha. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mădălin Cangeopol in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Squadra Demarchi's Ernesto Pereira got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Cangeopol in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Saldanha saved Squadra Demarchi from getting behind. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Sneijder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mădălin Cangeopol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Saldanha was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tractorul Satulung -MM- fully deserved thier win.
