The audience thought a goal was coming when D.J. Gol got free with Carlos Leclerc in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Black Rose 1979's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Enekoitz in the 17th minute. A nice corner shot did that Davor Šuker got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Leclerc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamilton Luis in the 26th minute of play. Carlos Leclerc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davor Šuker in the 30th minute of the match. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by D.J. Gol in the 33rd minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Black Rose 1979's D.J. Gol made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Leclerc was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Tadeu Prestes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Johan Ahlqvist was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Carlos Leclerc came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Gaufred Betanzos. But to his dismay, Gaufred Betanzos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Black Rose 1979's D.J. Gol in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when Black Rose 1979 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Enekoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Tadeu Prestes sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Leclerc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. Gol in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaufred Betanzos in the 67th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Leclerc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. D.J. Gol took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Leclerc. Carlos Leclerc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some careless play in the Jumeuc Futebol Clube defense, D.J. Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Leclerc. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Leclerc should have stopped the shot. Carlos Leclerc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from D.J. Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Joel Saldanha. In the 82nd minute D.J. Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Leclerc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Leclerc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davor Šuker, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Carlos Leclerc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of D.J. Gol's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Gaufred Betanzos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Carlos Leclerc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamilton Luis in the 92nd minute of the match. Black Rose 1979 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
