Angelo Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Åke Björling made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Borges came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åke Björling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Åke Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Borges in the 41st minute of the match. Angelo Borges might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Åke Björling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Borges ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Borges got free with Åke Björling in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 minutes, Angelo Borges made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Motala's Åke Björling tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jack Eklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Angelo Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürsel Durusoy in the 91st minute of play forced Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Charlie Beckström in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Garoa Bencoiechea. If Gürsel Durusoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Gürsel Durusoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Gürsel Durusoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Åke Björling.
