Ted Weye kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Wagn Nytoft came free, but Arthur Bufi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sletteenge's Anton Fridolin got a free kick in the 28th minute. Arthur Bufi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Liktensteen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Cwojdak came free, but Petter Eirod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 49th minute of the match Cruzeiro Esporte Clube got a corner. Sletteenge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oswaldo Maranhense ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Oswaldo Maranhense to fire away a dangerous shot which Petter Eirod despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gwidon Cwojdak to strike the kick off in the second half. Petter Eirod showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwidon Cwojdak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Cruzeiro Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. 余永川 hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 余永川 in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petter Eirod prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, 余永川 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petter Eirod came out of the goal and 余永川 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Douglas Botelho was substituted for Hélder Lara. Sletteenge's Petter Eirod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Sletteenge booed when Cruzeiro Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gong Fan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sletteenge's goalkeeper Petter Eirod, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gwidon Cwojdak came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cruzeiro Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Cwojdak couldn't finish the play. Sletteenge made a substitution. Timo Mangelsen replaced Jacob Lubfeldt. Arthur Bufi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donald Liktensteen in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute, 余永川 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petter Eirod was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 90 minutes, Gwidon Cwojdak made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sletteenge's Petter Eirod tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 余永川 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sletteenge's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
