The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nelson Cabral charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelson Cabral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Mitxaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Hermínio Lendaa put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julian Mannuel. Julian Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Lendaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Augusto Tiniebra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goth Cloudy Experience's Agostinho Martins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agostinho Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Tiniebra's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 22nd minute, Melchor Oxel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agostinho Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Humberto Mitxaut might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agostinho Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Mitxaut ran back to his position shaking his head. After 29 played minutes Simoneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Venerando. In the 31st minute, Hermínio Lendaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Tiniebra in the 33rd minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Agostinho Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Tiniebra came free, but Agostinho Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Mannuel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Acácio Leal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Hermínio Lendaa made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Melchor Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simoneta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melchor Oxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Mitxaut got free with Agostinho Martins in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simoneta FC's Julian Mannuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Leal in the 57th minute of play. Julian Mannuel came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Goth Cloudy Experience's Acácio Leal. But to his dismay, Acácio Leal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Simoneta FC made a substitution. Rodolfo Iztal replaced Jonatan Pancho. Julian Mannuel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Leal went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When Hermínio Lendaa came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Goth Cloudy Experience fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermínio Lendaa couldn't finish the play. Simoneta FC's Cecilio Quiroga was substituted for Humberto Mitxaut. Julian Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Quiroga got free with Agostinho Martins in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simoneta FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Goth Cloudy Experience's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Tiniebra took the corner. After 83 minutes, Victor Maranhense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goth Cloudy Experience and the Simoneta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victor Maranhense hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Leal to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Leal in the 89th minute of play forced Simoneta FC's goalkeeper Julian Mannuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelson Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Goth Cloudy Experience's Hermínio Lendaa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Mannuel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Goth Cloudy Experience fans cheered their team off the field, for while Simoneta FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
