The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aparicio Ladra in the 2nd minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emrys Hannah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abelardo Macías. Plaza Babys CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Onyx getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tytus Wojton hit a great ball. Aļģis Engers might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zdzislaw Domarecki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aļģis Engers ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasin Saleh in the 11th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Plaza Babys CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aļģis Engers in the 12th minute. After 19th play minutes Aparicio Ladra shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Zdzislaw Domarecki and just under the crossbar into goal. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yasin Saleh in the 29th minute of play. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Aguilo in the 30th minute of play. Yasin Saleh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to make a save.
