In the 13th minute of the match Algarrobo got a corner. Bastion Juźkowa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dani Alves ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dani Alves made a great header on Algarrobo's corner, it was just that Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski managed to reach the ball for a save. Loreto Antoine made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bastion Juźkowa's Hugon Gongola. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grigoris Charalambidis in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Ado saved Algarrobo from getting behind. In the 40th minute Grigoris Charalambidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Ado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bastion Juźkowa's Wojciech Damazki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dani Alves, made in the 43rd minute of the game. The throw-in from Dani Alves in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bastion Juźkowa's Hugon Gongola. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Cañas in the 53rd minute of play. Algarrobo's Everardo Ado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Algarrobo from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Juan Ignacio Vera notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski. Grzegorz Duszenski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Algarrobo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bastion Juźkowa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
