S.C.PAULISTA's Lucas Maciel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save S.C.PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. Aquiles Ellande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beto de Almeida hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute of the match, Zoltán Battai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucas Maciel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lucas Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piara Gerli in the 16th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes VAMO ARRIBA got a freekick which was hit by Piara Gerli. VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonidas Orange in the 27th minute of play. When César Eger came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the S.C.PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Eger couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Eger in the 33rd minute of play forced VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Aquiles Ellande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leonidas Orange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Gerli in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonidas Orange to make the kick off. Lucas Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zoltán Battai's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. The audience was convinced that Zoltán Battai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Maciel was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Jesus Oxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Eger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Ellande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Leonidas Orange could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Aquiles Ellande made a huge save. Carlos Tulio hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Alonzo Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
