INTER de Córdoba's Aquiles Erruki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save INTER de Córdoba from getting a goal against them. INTER de Córdoba's Aquiles Erruki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Pugliese in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Andrea Pugliese lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Aquiles Erruki. After having played for 7 minutes, Janusz Wielowiejski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Milan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Janusz Wielowiejski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea Pugliese blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquiles Erruki having to make a save. INTER de Córdoba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Haroldo Dzik scored to the left of an out of position Aquiles Erruki, making the score, 2-0. Haroldo Dzik took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquiles Erruki. Aquiles Erruki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Aquiles Erruki came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Milan's Haroldo Dzik. But to his dismay, Haroldo Dzik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ciriaco Gaitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Janusz Wielowiejski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24th minute, Andrea Pugliese ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Erruki was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Gavino Onbera managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Onbera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Erruki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aquiles Erruki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Dzik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea Pugliese scored 8-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Erruki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of AC Milan booed when INTER de Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Hever didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Janusz Wielowiejski could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Aquiles Erruki however easily saved by the left post. Aquiles Erruki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Pugliese in the 48th minute of play. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by INTER de Córdoba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andrea Pugliese was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Milan's players had a chance to rest. The corner led AC Milan's Janusz Wielowiejski to a score. 9-0 in the 49th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

The wind increased when Lisandro Guter made the kick off in the second half. Aquiles Erruki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Dzik, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Janusz Wielowiejski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Erruki having to interfere. Janusz Wielowiejski succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 10-0. AC Milan's Dedê Oliveira was substituted for Hikmet Bahar. Aquiles Erruki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Pugliese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Janusz Wielowiejski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Aquiles Erruki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrea Pugliese received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aquiles Erruki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Janusz Wielowiejski sped through INTER de Córdoba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aquiles Erruki. In the 79th minute, Janusz Wielowiejski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Janusz Wielowiejski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Janusz Wielowiejski might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Erruki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janusz Wielowiejski ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Andrea Pugliese had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Erruki. INTER de Córdoba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrea Pugliese was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Janusz Wielowiejski managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Janusz Wielowiejski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Erruki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Pugliese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that AC Milan were the better team. AC Milan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
