A nice corner shot did that Vello Kimmel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jesper Blomberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. August Lass struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jesper Blomberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rebel. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gunnar Alles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flogo FF's Jesper Blomberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to FC Rebel getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tambet Nugin hit a great ball. Jesper Blomberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Alles in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Rebel's Janar Averin got control of the ball when Svend Havn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flogo FF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tambet Nugin in the 45th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, August Lass put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jesper Blomberg. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finn-Christian Schei to make the kick off.
