Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Lass in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute FC Rebel were awarded a corner. Aadam Põld went to the cornerflag to take it. Aadam Põld made a great header on FC Rebel's corner, it was just that Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, FC Rebel's Hannes Nurmik got a free kick in the 9th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Tigran Balayan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tigran Balayan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Lass in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merlin Castro in the 25th minute of play forced FC Rebel's goalkeeper Janar Averin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Tambet Nugin came free, but Tigran Balayan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan got control of the ball when Hannes Nurmik tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Merlin Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janar Averin was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Khachatryan made a substitution. Anton Florei replaced Hu Wei Shu. Khachatryan's Abel Avetisyan was substituted for Tigran Kirakosyan. Khachatryan's Wawrzyniec Budrewicz was substituted for Petros Oganesyan. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silver Nurk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, FC Rebel's goal looked a bit too open when Sung McKinley came free, but Janar Averin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sung McKinley didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 56th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Sung McKinley ran dejectedly back to his position. Sung McKinley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tigran Balayan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silver Nurk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tigran Balayan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silver Nurk, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Merlin Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Janar Averin made a huge save. Silver Nurk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tigran Balayan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Silver Nurk came free, but Tigran Balayan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tigran Balayan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hannes Nurmik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Baresi to maneuver through the defense. August Lass fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tigran Balayan having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Baresi to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Tambet Nugin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tigran Balayan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janar Averin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sung McKinley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rebel's zone, Merlin Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janar Averin came out of the goal and Merlin Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paul Kersna's late challenge caught a Khachatryan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Kersna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute, Paul Kersna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Rebel fans cheered their team off the field, for while Khachatryan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
