After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Vegard Bakke got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Flogo FF's zone, Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesper Blomberg came out of the goal and Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute of the match, Jonatan Chaime got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jesper Blomberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Silvain Labrouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn-Christian Schei in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Kent Sakshaug got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jesper Blomberg made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Henry Ritter sent off a good shot on target. When GOMEZ F.C.'s Henry Ritter in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flogo FF's goalie prevented a goal. Criban Outon kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Silvain Labrouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svend Havn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Vegard Bakke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flogo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GOMEZ F.C. the free kick. Jesper Blomberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti. 40 minutes into the match, Henry Ritter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Blomberg. Flogo FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Ritter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finn-Christian Schei to make the kick off. GOMEZ F.C.'s Jonatan Chaime got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Chaime in the 57th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Finn-Christian Schei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Vegard Bakke got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jesper Blomberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Ritter in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 played minutes Flogo FF got a freekick which was hit by Svend Havn. After having played for 65 minutes, Henry Ritter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Ritter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Ritter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Blomberg having to interfere. In the 70th minute Finn-Christian Schei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvain Labrouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Vegard Bakke got a free kick in the 76th minute. Jesper Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Jonatan Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jesper Blomberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Ritter, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. GOMEZ F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
