With a left leg Carlos Marinho saved 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting behind. Joaquin Vada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Carlos Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laerte Marquez in the 18th minute of play forced POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Patricio Toribia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Soyuncu Carron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Carlos Marinho made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Agostinho Guedes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 卡納里尼奧 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol the free kick. When Amílton Marinho fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 卡納里尼奧 FC's protests and gave Amílton Marinho a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Hegoi Arbaiza. Joaquin Vada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Marinho having to interfere. After some careless play in the 卡納里尼奧 FC defense, Soyuncu Carron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Marinho. The 卡納里尼奧 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Marinho should have stopped the shot. After having played for 44 minutes, Soyuncu Carron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soyuncu Carron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laerte Marquez made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Soyuncu Carron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Carlos Marinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Carlos Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soyuncu Entero in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Soyuncu Carron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Soyuncu Carron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Marinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Frans Berrueta replaced Venceslas Casiano. Carlos Marinho came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Soyuncu Carron. But to his dismay, Soyuncu Carron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 5-0 became the score in the 76th minute when Soyuncu Carron elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 79th minute Soyuncu Entero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Arias who took care of the corner kick. Mauro Arias made a great header on POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's corner, it was just that 卡納里尼奧 FC's Carlos Marinho managed to reach the ball for a save. Vítor da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agostinho Guedes couldn't finish the play. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
