Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amado Sindo in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Abadia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gallardo y Biscay FC's Tiran Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Luzea in the 16th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Los Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerasimos Tatoulis to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benvide Ponte got free with Martin Abadia in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benvide Ponte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Abadia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benvide Ponte in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Piratas FC's Gerasimos Tatoulis got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Cervera to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Candido Ospin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiran Piedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Abadia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benvide Ponte's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Cosme Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th match minute, Gallardo y Biscay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Mendebal to maneuver through the defense. Los Piratas FC made a substitution. Herald Roockeloes replaced Candido Ospin. Gallardo y Biscay FC made a substitution. Federico Colas replaced Benvide Ponte. Los Piratas FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
